Meet The Instructors

PPD was created by Eric Dagati and Mike Perry, two of the world’s leading fitness and performance coaches. Eric and Mike have a collective experience of almost 50 years in the industry training thousands of clients individually and in group and team settings.

Eric Dagati

Meet Eric D’Agati, a distinguished figure in the fitness industry with over 20 years of experience as a coach, trainer, and instructor. Renowned for his pioneering methods in client assessment, performance enhancement, and injury prevention, Eric has carved a distinct path in the realm of fitness. Throughout his illustrious career, Eric has had the privilege of training a diverse range of clients, including Olympic Gold Medalists, Gatorade and NJ Players of the Year, All-Americans, National Champions, World Series Champions, and Pro-Bowl athletes. Eric's dedication to his craft has not gone unnoticed, as he was featured in the esteemed NY Times bestseller “The 4-Hour Body” by Tim Ferriss, solidifying his reputation as a recognized authority in the industry.

Mike Perry

Mike is the visionary founder and co-owner of Skill of Strength, a fitness haven nestled in Chelmsford, MA. With an impressive track record spanning over eighteen years as a Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach, he has honed his expertise by guiding clients of all ages and abilities, from novices to elite athletes representing prominent leagues and organizations such as MLS, NFL, MLB, UFC, Bellator MMA, CES MMA, and local mixed martial arts promotions. With an unwavering passion for inspiring others to unlock their full potential, Mike's multifaceted skill set and extensive experience make him a trailblazer in the fitness industry.
